Matthew C. Hug is a graduate of Albany Law School (summa cum
laude) and also a graduate of the State University of New York
at Albany (M.A. U.S. History; B.A. U.S. History).
Additionally, Mr. Hug has served as an Appellate Court Attorney with
the New York State Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.
While employed with the Appellate Division, Mr. Hug also served as a
confidential law clerk to the Honorable Edward O. Spain (Associate
Justice NYS Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department).
Following his tenure with the court, in 2005, Mr. Hug opened his own
law office, concentrating in appellate practice, real estate law,
business law, estate planning and vehicle & traffic matters.
Mr. Hug also serves as counsel to the North Greenbush Industrial
Development Agency.
